If you would like to exchange an item(s) for a different size, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the original shipment. All exchanges must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you an address to ship the item(s) to. Once we receive the item(s), we will ship the new item(s) to the original ship to address. Please note, we DO NOT cover shipping fees for returns/exchanges. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on L3Apparel.com or by e-mailing email@example.com.
Item(s) purchased from L3Apparel.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a full refund. To return an item(s) from a refund, please send it to the ship to address that we will provide along with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. As noted above, customers are responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item(s). Once we have received the item(s), a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping fees and all returns are subject to a restocking fee.
All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (if return is unwarranted).
No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
All sales outside of the U.S. are FINAL.
