Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or holidays.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using our shipping partners.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

L3 Apparel LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact:

support@l3apparel.com

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.

Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim when appropriate.


International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in shipping costs and are determined by the destination country.
